Designed for MIT's Nano Lab featuring a flowing circuit board, connecting the built environment to the lab's research. The translucent aesthetic bridges the physical space with the precision and complexity of the work happening inside.
Process / iteration
The design went through multiple rounds of iteration to get the flow right. Early versions were too rigid and literal, reading more like a technical schematic than an environmental graphic. Each pass refined the pathways until the lines felt like they were flowing naturally through.
